A lifelong resident of Northwest Indiana, I joined McColly Bennett Commercial in 2013. Focusing on the Northern Indiana Marketplace successfully demonstrating the ability to develop sound and productive business relationships through effective networking and identifying beneficial business opportunities while gaining the trust and loyalty of my clients.
Prior to joining McColly Bennett Commercial, I gained over three decades of real estate experience as a Bank Officer and Lender in a number of capacities for several of the area's largest regional banks; managing residential mortgage operations servicing a four-county area of Northern Indiana, leading the Construction Services Group for Northern Indiana and Southwest Michigan and have acted as a Senior Commercial Real Estate Lender managing a multi-million-dollar real estate portfolio.
I offer a distinctive viewpoint with a great understanding of the commercial and investment real estate market and have been directly involved in a wealth of projects including land development (commercial and residential), retail centers, medical centers, warehousing/storage facilities, market rent and student housing projects, multi-tenant office sites, national franchise operation's acquisition and construction. Over the years I have received high recognition within the real estate and banking communities being awarded Affiliate of the Year (Construction Trade Group), Commercial Lender of the Year, Commercial Associate of the Year honors and The President's Cabinet designation.
I am a member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers, Northern Indiana Realtor Association, Northwest Indiana Forum as well as numerous community development associations throughout Northwest Indiana.
